is seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our team. This unique, entry-level position allows an individual to gain foundational experience in marketing for a quickly growing online retailer of pop culture goods, toys & collectibles utilizing a multi-channel approach. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with a small and growing team with many shared and evolving responsibilities. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: _Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:_ _Digital Marketing Experience_ - Provide support to other divisions through maintenance of existing marketing programs and assistance in development of new campaigns - Support of our developing social media strategy and influencer program - Manage process for monthly updates of marketing materials - Support new product launches - Campaign planning via sku tracking - Maintain "golden source" for all marketing material - Curate and package deliverables for press release & editorial needs - General research and editorial assistance - Assistance with social media engagement & giveaways to align with launches - Weekly updates & and data entry of marketing metrics QUALIFICATIONS: _Education/Experience_ Bachelor's degree in process; in marketing, business administration, or communications a plus 0-2 years' experience working in a marketing, social media, or communications role. Experience in a support role. Ideally coordinating generalist marketing and/or social media functions. Google suite, Microsoft Office, or similar project management systems experience a plus _Knowledge and Skills_ Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong work ethic Proven track record of successful project management Eager to stay up to date on the latest trends and features in digital marketing Must be a self-starter who excels at multitasking and thrives in a fast-paced atmosphere Ability to think critically and ask questions Highly detail-oriented Job Type: Part time // 10-20 hours per week Remote, Flexible hours - PST or HAST preferred
