Key Responsibilities As the Staff Accountant, you will support core accounting functions and help keep the financial operations running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include: Maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts Preparing, reviewing, and posting journal entries Supporting month?end and year?end close activities Ensuring all accounting practices comply with GAAP standards Assisting with financial reporting and variance analysis Supporting audits, documentation, and process improvements Partnering closely with the accounting team on daily operations What We're Looking For To succeed in this role, you should bring: A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required) A solid understanding of GAAP Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs are a plus!) Experience with accounting software or ERP systems A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn Strong communication and organizational skills Ready to Apply?
