Job Description Job Description Description: The Staff Accountant will assist with daily accounting tasks, month-end close activities, financial reporting, and account reconciliations. This role is ideal for someone early in their accounting career who is eager to develop their skills in a supportive environment. Assist with general ledger maintenance and month-end closing processes Prepare and analyze account reconciliations Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports Help ensure compliance with internal policies and accounting standards Maintain accurate financial records and documentation Support external audits as needed Perform other related duties as assigned Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field 1–2 years of accounting or finance experience (internships included) Basic understanding of GAAP Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and analytical abilities Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
