Job Description:
BOOKKEEPER Warrendale, PA | Fully onsite $50,000- 60,000 We're
looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support
our client's accounting operations! This role will focus on the
daily transactional side of accounting-ideal for someone who enjoys
routine, accuracy, and working behind the scenes to keep things
running smoothly. Great team environment with room to learn and
grow! OVERVIEW OF THE BOOKKEEPER ROLE: Enter and process accounts
payable and receivable The Bookkeeper will match invoices, code
expenses, and ensure proper documentation Reconcile bank and credit
card statements Assist with vendor setup and maintenance The
Bookkeeper will monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices
Support the accounting team with administrative tasks as needed
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE BOOKKEEPER: 2 years of bookkeeping
or accounting support experience Proficiency in QuickBooks or
similar accounting software Basic excel knowledge
