DIRECTOR OF ACCOUNTING AND REVENUE Pittsburgh, PA (Hybrid) ABOUT THE COMPANY: As the Director of Accounting and Revenue, you will oversee all accounting functions, drive revenue strategies, and ensure compliance with financial standards. OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE DIRECTOR OF ACCOUNTING AND REVENUE: Lead and manage all accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. Oversee revenue recognition policies and ensure compliance with relevant standards (e.g., ASC 606). Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, delivering accurate and timely financial reporting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate technology solutions into financial processes. Provide strategic insights and reporting to leadership, enabling data-driven decision-making. Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and regulatory requirements. Mentor and develop a high-performing accounting team, fostering a culture of excellence. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE DIRECTOR OF ACCOUNTING AND REVENUE: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred). 10 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 7 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of GAAP and revenue recognition principles. Experience in manufacturing and/or technology-driven industries is highly preferred. Demonstrated expertise in implementing or managing ERP systems. Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills. LI-BN2 LI-Hybrid
